Turn website chats into qualified leads, automatically

Interested visitors become leads, scored Hot, Warm or Cold, tagged by intent and summarised, so you know who to call first.

On this page

Most website chats end the same way: a visitor asks a good question, gets an answer and leaves. If they were ready to buy, you'd never know.

BusinessLyft spots the visitors who are interested, turns them into leads and does the sorting for you.

Scored within a minute

When a visitor shares their details, they become a lead. BusinessLyft reads the conversation and gives it a score, then updates it as they keep chatting:

  • Hot: they're ready to act, like asking to book, order or get a quote.
  • Warm: they're interested and comparing, for example asking about pricing.
  • Cold: a quick question, like support or directions.

Each lead is also tagged by intent: Pricing, Demo / meeting, Ready to buy, Support, Partnership or Other. Filter by them in the Leads inbox and start with what matters.

A summary, not a transcript

Nobody wants to read forty messages to find the point. Each lead comes with a one-line, sales-ready summary of what the visitor wants, plus up to four specifics pulled out as tags, for example 3-tier cake, Delivery or Budget ~₹25k.

Contact details, only when it makes sense

Your assistant doesn't throw a form at every visitor. When someone shows real interest, it asks once, in the chat, for a name, email or phone number. If they skip it, it won't ask again.

Phone and WhatsApp numbers they enter are saved with the lead, along with the visitor's country and local time, so you know when it's a good moment to call.

Try it

Add your assistant to a test page, chat with it as if you were a customer and share your email when it asks. Open Leads a minute later and you'll see your own conversation scored and summarised. (Playground chats are for testing answers, so they don't create leads.)
