How does Pro pricing work?

Pro is $10 a month and includes 2 assistants and 2,000 messages. Need another website, brand or language? Each extra assistant is $5 a month and adds 400 messages.

What are LyftCredits?

Prepaid credits for anything beyond your plan: 100 credits = $1. Extra messages are priced by how much AI each reply actually uses, so short answers cost less. Unused credits never expire.

What counts as a message?

Each reply your assistant sends is one message, on your website or in the Playground. Visitor messages, knowledge syncing and form submissions don’t count.

What happens when an assistant reaches its limit?

Replies keep going on LyftCredits. If you have none, the assistant pauses until next month or a top-up, and visitors see a short “temporarily unavailable” note. Nothing is deleted.

Is the Free plan really free?

Yes. It never expires and needs no card, so you can build and test an assistant on your real website before paying anything.

Do you train AI models on my data?

No. Your knowledge and conversations are only used to answer your own visitors. Every workspace is isolated, and you can delete your data at any time from your profile.
